It is essential to step back from our lives. we meet, we refocus, we become aware of the gifts life gives us and how to share with our families, our community.

The trip allows us to forget our concerns, we are offered the opportunity to live the present, releasing stress.

We can reconnect with that part of us that we often forget.

The peaceful surroundings of nature offers us a wonderful support.

The flexibility of the program will allow free time if needed. Together we will come back to natural surroundings, contemplate nature and meditate.

I will be there to share with you.

Listening, self-esteem, respecting other people, oneness, the decluttering of our lives, the possibility to change our view of people, things, become aware of the unity, find out who we really are ... all topics addressed with the heart which can create a new wonderful opening.

        14.30: excursion to the dolmens and mehnirs
        19.00: dinner

Day 3: 9.00: breathing, stretching, yoga, Qi Quong

        11.00: swimming at Llança
        13.00: picnic on the beach
        14:30: walk on the trail that runs along the Cap Raz

        11.00: Tour of the Monastery of San Quirze (holding the oldest cloister in                     Europe)

Prix: 3.300 CAD / ~2.477 Euros per person.

- 1 or 2 rented 5 seater cars with all insurances
